Fun course to play! Beautiful scenery

Called Jim Roberts with new construction. I was inquiring about the omega 6 development, that had a property I was interested in. I wanted to double check on the nightly rentals/AirBNB bylaws. A realtor at town and country bear lake mentioned nightly rentals is okay, and that it was 3 years ago that it had passed.When I asked Jim, he became very aggressive and said we allow it for now, but dont be a mortgage on it. I was taken aback at his aggressive tone and immediately apologized and said the realtor told me this and he went onto say dont listen to them, listen to me. I apologized for upsetting him, and he laughed and I told him I would not be conducting business with him or sweet water.

Love golfing here every year. It gets crowded so more time between tee times would help.

Fun, beautiful course with gorgeous views. A little too much water around the base of the greens -- hopefully an oversight.
