Played Forest Creek Golf Club this past Saturday with my brother. Normally we just play at Delaware Springs in Burnett which we love. After playing the course Saturday, we decided that this would definitely be one of our go to courses when I visit him in Lampasas. The greens were excellent, the fairways were excellent and the layout is both challenging and well thought out. The only complaint was that there were not yardage markers on the sprinkler heads, only at 200, 150 and 100 yards and that some of the tee boxes were a little worn. I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking for a good course in good shape at a fair price. We walked the course in 99 degree weather and it was not difficult to walk at all, though we did use our push carts.

Just getting into golfing. Knowing very little about golf, I was very happy to start here. Great facility and super friendly staff! I'll definitely be back frequently.
