Russell Campbell very aggressive and very unprofessional.....

This is a nice country course but that until recently was run by very friendly customer oriented staff. Have had a weekly fore some there for years and have been loyal customers even when they lost all of the greens and you had to put on dirt. Played there this morning and after nine holes my brother had a medical issue arise and we were forced to stop. Went to the pro shop and explained the situation to Sam at the desk. The 'Head' pro Russell Campbell rushed out of his office to rudely point at his new rain check policy and abruptly tell us that if its not raining you get no rain check. I tried to explain the situation to him and asked if he couldn't show some compassion for my brother. He said ' Its got nothing to do with compassion its about my policy' Well MR. Campbell I have a policy too. I patronize businesses that provide a good product or service at a fair price and treat thier customers with respect and appreciation. It's too bad that Mr. Campbell does not value loyal customers at all. Wayne the GM and Sam who works the counter are great folks and have always treated us as good customers and as friends. I hope Mr Campbell enjoys our money, even though it cost nothing to let us finish our 9 holes another day. Will be giving our business to another course that places service over greed, offers courtesy and friendly attitude over rudeness. Thanks to Wayne and Sam for the years of good service and fair ness over the years. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURSE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED VERY RUDELY BY THE HEAD PRO !!
