Great place to live if you love Lake Conroe life. The landscape, the trees, and the neighborhood are all very nice. It would be close to perfect if not for 2 factors:1) The traffic is an absolute nightmare. 105 and Walden Rd are exceptionally dangerous, and you risk your life every day just going to and fro. The population increases every year.2) The HOA is run by a bunch of bureaucratic neo-nazis. If you let one weed grow up in your driveway, guess what? You'll be harassed to no end with letters and pictures letting you know that you're a negligent neighbor. If you love fighting traffic every day to live in a place that governs what you do with your own property, and charges you an arm and a leg every year in ridiculous fees, then Walden is for you!
