be careful of the financial trap; no cash payment. also there is no poolside service you must walk up and order food or beverages the advertisement is that there is full site service that there will be a server circulating the pool area taking care of any needs this is not true of the servers are behind a kiosk.

Dining: called concierge to make a reservation for dinner on a Monday evening and they finally called us back telling us they forgot it was closed tonight. I guess people don't eat on Sundays here. Pool area review. Adult swim up bar area is a joke. A slab of concrete with stools in the water, that is not an actual swim area and doesn't have a BAR is laughable. Wait staff more interested in chatting up one another than service for patrons. Husband ventured into the premade frozen beverages and was disappointed with all 3. Stick with bottled beverages.
