Hillside Nursing and Rehab is a amazing Nursing home they care about their residents and staff the Administrator is nice and caring but Expects their facility to be took care of. The DON and ADON is anyways willing to give a helping hand when needed from helping on floor if need be to helping other departments if needed! We also have and amazing Activity Department lots of fun games, appetizers, and music. The therapy department assures that Your love one stays strong. The Dietary department has the most amazing cooks home cooked meals served and some of the best cooks out there! Last but not least the housekeeping and laundry assure that your loved ones room is clean and their laundry is done in a timely manner!

Hillside Nursing & Rehab, is hands down best long term care facility in deep east Texas. Great staff all around including nursing, and dietary. Therapy department goes out of there way to help residents improve. Beautiful facility and exceptionally clean.

Hillside Nursing a beautiful facility in the heart of Hemphill! All of the staff are smiling and happy to help! The nursing team is caring, and the food is amazing! Highly recommend you drop by for a visit and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed!
