This 2 star evaluation is not a reflection of the course but of the customer service we received while their. We payed to play the twilight rate and teed off at 5:19. After we paid we were then told that all carts needed to be in by 8:00pm even thought it is light out until about 8:45. Then they came around and reminded us multiple times that we needed to have the carts back by 8:00pm. They rushed us and despite it being light outside we had to end early when their was still day light. When we got back it was obvious that the staff was waiting on us to get the carts and go home.... he also said that having the carts back at 8:00 was a rule all over the website and its not. Its terrible customer service to let someone pay for something and then rush them through it and not let them finish. I will be golfing elsewhere moving forward. I do not recommend this golf course because of the staff that was there 6/22/20.

The course is in fine condition. My rating is based off of, what appears to be an arbitrary rule created by a staff member. Me and my foursome had a 5:19 tee time for 6/22. We showed up, paid our dues and were THEN notified that our carts have to be back by 8:00 PM so they could sanitize the carts. This is the first time any of us had heard of this policy. We were on about hole 9/10 when the same staff member came around and told us, again, that carts were due in by 8:00 PM. At this time, it was about 7:15. We clearly would not be able to play all 18 holes in this time. We kindly asked the gentleman why we were not told this rule until after we paid. He told us the rule is on the website (we checked this and could not find it on the site and he could not tell us where to look). We told him that if we had known this, we would of just signed up to play 9 holes. After we got back (we ended up getting in about 15 holes, although the last 3-4 were very rushed), he shared with us that 'Oh, the only difference between 9 and 18 holes is $1.' This is also false, at least according to their website it is about a $10 difference. Look the guy was never RUDE to us, but this just seems like very very poor customer service. As we were driving the carts back, we were all kind of looking at each other like this couldn't be a real rule as there was still so much daylight. His answer as to why they had to be back by 8 PM was so they could properly clean and sanitize. However, he then let us know that they sanitize the morning before the rounds begin. Ultimately, we are all just baffled by this rule. We hope to play more golf this summer, but unfortunately, it will not be at Lake Arlington based on this bizarre experience.

Good track with some fun holes. Not many sand traps which is nice.
