Haven't played this course in a while. Right now, it is in the best shape I have ever seen it. Great lay out. Holes one, two and three have a low degree of difficulty so it kind of helps build your level of confidence. The back nine does have three very challenging holes and the direction of the wind can complicate things off the tee box on the par gives. Be careful of #17. I always tell myself I'm not gonna go for the green in two and lay up to the left side of the fairway and be happy with a one over par or even okay with a two over par. But, temptation gets the best of me when I hit a perfect drive inside the 150 marker. However, it is a smallish elevated green with a creek in front that is impossible to hold with anything but a wedge and good high quality golf ball that has some spin and bite to it. Overall, great course. Oh, and by the way the grill is great! They do an awesome job. Highly recommend.
