The Clubhouse is nice and everyone working there is awesome except Kaitlyn. She is so unfriendly to the members and seems annoyed whenever you ask her for anything. Has anyone ever seen a smile on her face?? The answer is NO. She has a real attitude and No one can figure out why she was promoted to be the director of member services. For all the money we pay for membership, it would be nice if the person in charge would treat the members with warmth and respect!!
