I have no respect for this group! i paid a deposit a few months ago for a golf trip for my 50th birthday with some friends just before the pandemic. but with whats is going on i have to cancel.. i called this group up for a refund they notified me that they are keeping 15% processing fee unbelievable you will not see this Canadian ever again or the large group of friends i have...

I am from Ottawa in Canada, and I was quite happy about the service I received from my 'Golf Master' at Golf Trek...but then the corona virus pandemic resulted in my flight to Myrtle Beach being cancelled the day before my scheduled departure. Not long afterwards, the borders were closed!Since then, the airline that cancelled my flight, the car rental company and even the Legends Golf resort were sympathetic and have fully refunded me. Even my Golf Master at Golf Trek was sympathetic and on April 3, 2020, I received his email confirming that my refund was being processed and that I should receive a credit to my credit card 'any day now.' I want to believe that things are slow because of Corona Virus but everybody else has come through...so why am I still waiting for Golf Trek. And if my business is so important to Golf Trek, why have I not received a credit on my Visa, and why is it that my Golf Master no longer answers my emails (and I take it all back if anything bad has happened to him and he has not been able to contact me).My Itinerary number is 28649. If I eventually hear from anyone at Golf Trek, I will gladly report back on this story and let everyone know that it ended on a good note. I understand that with everything we have gone through, lots of things have been delayed and that we have to be patient. But at least contact me to keep me in the loop. Reversing a Visa payment is not a complicated thing to do and good business people know that it should be done quickly because clients learn that they can trust you and will use your services again. Piss the wrong people off, and bad things can happen very quickly to your business' reputation.Anxiously awaiting a reply.Dave (from Ottawa, Canada)

This company fired Gary Smith and did not notify any of his customers, left us in the dark for 3 months before I had to track down Gary on his personal Facebook to be told. Do not book with this company. Give your money to someone else.

Worked closely with Jason H. planning a great trip for 8 avid golfers. Sadly we had to postpone it but Jason was very helpful with recommendations for course and accommodations. Great prices and options too.

Craig did a fantastic job booking our trip. Our group of 8 was pleased with everything Craig did for us. Tee times were great, courses were nice, and he was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we might have had. We are already working with Craig on our trip for 2021!
