Not bad place to golf the starter was very courteous reasonable rate, however our golf cart died.

As far as course condition and value it's one of the best values you'll find. Amazing tee boxes and greens. If you aren't good off the tee and controlled around the green you are going to have a tough time with the back 9 however.

Got on no problem. There at 7:15. Back 9 a few muddy spots. Still good to get out n smack it around.
