Amazing Golf Course

Pre paid for a Saturday round and had a family emergency happen on the way over to the course. When we arrived the staff at the course was very rude and refused to issue us a refund, despite an emergency situation and us not being able to play. The manager gave me rain checks which he then voided after we wrote them a bad review. Extremely unprofessional organization.

Love everything about this course..Frank in the pro shop treats us great and makes you feel welcome...starters are always cordial as are the workers on the course. Most importantly the course is challenging but not overbearing. Been playing here weekly for years and have never seen the course in better shape ( outside of the traps which are gradually being improved.) Top it off with a visit to the 19th hole none better for food and drinks.

MY ISSUE WITH THESE PEOPLE AT THIS TIME IS WITH THE DIFFICULTLY GETTING A TEE TIME. I'VE BEEN PLAYING THIS COURSE SINCE THE LATE '70'S WHEN IT WAS KNOWN AS TWIN LAKES. I AVERAGE 25-30 ROUNDS PER YEAR, SOMETIMES MORE. NOT TO MENTION ALL OF THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT IN THEIR VARIOUS RESTAURANTS OVER THE YEARS. OVER THE PAST FEW SEASONS I'VE BEEN GOING OUT AS A SINGLE THERE SINCE MY FRIENDS HAVE SINCE GIVEN UP THE GAME. I PURPOSELY LOOK FOR A TEE TIME THERE 02:00 PM OR LATER AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS PAIRED ME UP WITH EITHER A GROUP OF 3 OR 2 OR EVEN ANOTHER SINGLE. NOT THIS YEAR. EVERY TIME I CALL ALL I GET IS A RUDE, NO WAY, GO ELSEWHERE ATTITUDE FROM THEM. IS THIS ANY WAY TO TREAT A GOOD LOYAL LONG TIME CUSTOMER? I THINK NOT! THIS IS THE SAME ATTITUDE THAT COULD BE FOUND AT CENTER SQUARE BEFORE THEY WENT BAD. BRING BACK THE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU ONCE HAD. DOES THIS ISSUE NEED TO BE TAKEN UP WITH ROSEANN LAPIO TO GET IMPROVEMENT? THANK-YOU.

This place used to be in really good shape a few years ago but ever since 2 years ago it hasnt been that good. If you Miss the fairway by a yard youll be looking for your ball for quite a while in the deep rough/blind shot, the tee boxes have weeds growing in them and the Bunkers are either filled with water or rocks or even both. I think theres a rule that if you make a divot on the green youre not allowed to fix it, players just seem to not care here while playing here. All and all had bad experiences the last few times I played here.
