It's like golfing in a hay field. There was literally tumble weeds on the fairways. The club house is even a barn. Flat and boring. Except the rough, I was waiting for a Velociraptor to jump out of the long grass. That got the blood pumping anyway. The staff/management also leave an awful lot to be desired. Greens are fast tho for what it's worth.
