Really disappointed with the customer service. We purchased numerous vouchers off of Group Golfer, in Mid October which were set to expire June 15th. With the winter months Nov through February not really being playable and then the shut down in March for for COVID we had only a month maybe a month and a half to actually use them. Jack Frost only extended the vouchers for 2 weeks which is absurd. Every other course I have vouchers for have extended them through out the end of the year.

Its Friday and were close to maybe the most anticipated July 4th since the independence of this fine country, so out of my good will, Im happily giving Jack Frost National a 2 star review. With that being said, this gentlemen in the Pro Shop has the nuts to decline my group golfer coupons that expire June 30th. I explained that I havent been able to make a trip due to the COVID-19 circumstances and plan to on July 31st.. He just couldnt honor my hard earned money spent at his course.. Oh well, off to a much better Elk View!
