We took the Handgun 101 class this past Sunday, and it was a great experience! Hannah is a knowledgeable instructor who communicates vital concepts around firearms very clearly and thoroughly - I was very impressed! At the end of the class, we went over into the range and practiced what we learned, as well. I look forward to returning to the armory for additional training & instruction as well as using the range there.

My daughter and I just took the Handgun 101 class here. Hannah, the instructor was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable and strongly emphasized safety and the importance of educating yourself and loved ones about firearm safety. As someone who has never held a gun I felt very comfortable and well prepared to shoot in the range for the first time. I plan to take advantage of Ladies night for practice!

Very very nice older couple treated me with respect. They made me feel comfortable. Another worker with tattoos was also very helpful with info. Definitely somewhere I will go back to. Thanks guys for the great customer service.

Terrible place. I ordered a suppressor from Silencer Shop and used this place as a FFL transfer. Never again. Approved by ATF on June 2nd. I waited 10 days before calling to ask if they received my ATF approval. Lady (in annoyed voice) says 'We will call you when we get it' but never asked for my info. I waited....waited...I call again. Same mean old lady tells me 'WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN IT COMES IN'. No call. I called again at the beginning of July. Same attitude....Same response. Today is July 18th. I called this morning. She gave me same old tired response. I pushed and asked her to go thru her paperwork and look. She finds it....then blames ME for missing her phone call. SHE NEVER CALLED ME. They sat on my approval for over 1 month. She would have never called me. Also blaming me for terrible bookkeeping practices is ridiculous. DONT waste your time with this place. Its dirty, they dont have proper ventilation to have an indoor gun range.

They literally are just rude to customers. They have no customer service at all, and they just plain and simple dont care about customer service. Overall a terrible experience. They should be ashamed of themselves.
