Ive been a member for 6 years and love SLCC. The golf course is challenging, but fair and a lot of fun. I like it best when they roll the greens after cutting, which increases the challenge because the speed of the greens combined with the subtle slopes really test your short game. The head pro (Glenn Cunningham) is probably the friendliest club professional that Ive ever come in contact with (that says a lot because I grew up working at various courses and have belonged to several different clubs over the year). Laurie takes care of the merchandizing and the pro shop boasts a great selection of Nike, Under Armour, Footjoy, and Adidas clothing even though it is a small space. The food is quite good. I highly recommend the Reuben with Sweet Potato Fries. The only negative that I can comment on is that the club has added a lot of new members over the last two years, which means the course is busier and it is recommended that you secure tee times as far in advance as possible.
