Its been awhile since weve been to the oaks. Regardless the service was horrible and the caretaker had to be rude about it. I understand youre busy but to make paying customers wait for an extended amount of time without consideration or acknowledgement is disrespectful period. Then to top it off the sprinkles were still on at 9am. Just before we would arrive to the next hole they were on. We ended our playtime early not even starting the 5th hole. We did not ask for a refund, we just decided we will never play there again. I really hate that I had to leave a negative review but I felt they left us no other choice.
