I bring my grandson in for swim lessons every week. Each time we go in we are greeted with the biggest smile from our favorite staff member Norma. I know that I shouldn't pick favorites, but she is ours hands down. She always makes it a point to stand and greet us. She always interacts with my grandson, and all of the other little ones that come in while we are here. She is so bubbly and full of life. It is nice to see someone who always seems to enjoy their job. We are always sad when she is not there, we really look forward to seeing her. I really hope that her hard work and dedication to her position is being recognized. Norma, YOU ROCK GIRL!Jessica S.
