Course in fairly good shape. Although some of the greens were burnt in places and some sand traps were unplayable. However a fun and challenging layout at a great price

The course could be fantastic. However alot of the bunkers are empty and are just dirt and there is alot of dead grass. If they watered the grass and added some sand, it could be great!

Top notch course for the price, wish it was closer, then I would play about every other week. They have done a great job with this, just hope the are able to keep the bunkers filled with sand, other wise just make them thick rough bunkers.
