Amazing Golf Course

The golf course was in excellent condition!

First trip to Vallearie, definitely won't be the last this year!!! Beautiful golf course!!!

Booked a tee time over the phone... had guys traveling from long distance. THEY messed up and had us booked for wrong day, refused to squeeze us in anywhere for entire morning or really do anything to make up for the mistake. Wait, they did say they could get 2 of us in lil later. I understand mistakes happen, but not willing to make a situation right with vouchers or anything was just poor customer service. The starter, who apparently holds all the power to resolve the situation per staff, was a real gem too, with no sympathy for THEIR mistake. We had four guys sitting there for an 2 hrs and wasted entire morning. Glad the updated clubhouse has an updated tee time booking process from 1980, these mistakes are inexcusable in 2020 when customer interaction is so limited in a business model. Id gladly change this review if they make it right.7/8 Update: I spoke with the GM, they have addressed the concerns to satisfaction the best they could at this point.

Golf course is in nice shape. & Friendly staff.
