Amazing Golf Course

I agree with the other reviews about the really thin walls/ceiling. I can definitely hear the resident above me walk around and I basically know where he/she is most of the time. I've complained to the office but nothing much gets done; I mean, there isn't much they *can* do.I'm writing this review for the sketchy maintenance, however. This morning the maintenance came to my unit to take out window screens for window cleaning (the proper 24h notice wasn't given, but I won't go into that) I was about to take a shower and when i heard a random man come into my unit, I basically ran into my walk-in closet (attached to my bathroom, windowless). The man came and took out the window screen, then casually walked into my bathroom then opened the door to my walk-in closet. I mean, thanks for snooping through my apartment? He literally had no business poking his head into my closet. I tried to complain to the office and they told me that 'he was just as surprised as I was.' Well, he wouldn't have been surprised if he didn't go into areas where he wasn't supposed to... so, I think there are some ethical/privacy issues as well as structural issues with this building. I pay approximately $1350/mo for a 1 bedroom and I would have appreciated better service/trust.

If you like residents who smoke weed, come here. They've got plenty. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Without fail, the rooftop has a bunch of people getting high on High every week there is nice weather. It's so great to be having a nice night in the fresh air eating food off the grill and then getting bombarded with that stank. Unfortunately, it appears the landlord would rather keep their monthly rent than enforce their lease agreement, so good luck getting them to do anything about it. Moving out this summer.

Moved into 985 High at The Castle late September and its been nothing besides spectacular. Open and clear communication with all the employees at the front office and they have been VERY helpful with all my questions and concerns. The location is AMAZING and the garage parking is connected to the building. In addition, the ONE FREE MONTH RENT for individuals who sign up within 30 days was a steal!

Kenda Thomas was the best at helping me make a good decision on my future forever new home and Im extremely excited to be stay at 985 high! The views of the city and the staff are extraordinary helpful as well! Thanks kenda, and GO BUCKS!!!

I hate living here. It deserves 1 star but I'm adding one star for the staff who are really awesome and helpful. The walls are super thin and I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around -- my entire unit shakes every time he walks. I don't think he's purposely being loud either, he's just walking around but the walls are just that thin. When my downstairs neighbor has a party I can hear the speakers going off so I can't sleep on weekends until 1am or 2am. In the mornings my upstairs neighbor likes to listen to music or news while he's taking the shower, so I'm awakened every day by the sound of his music going on and now I know what kind of music he listens to. You might wonder why I keep referring to my upstairs neighbor as a 'he'; that's because sometimes I can hear conversations through the wall and it's definitely a he.Then there's the fire alarm. One week it went off three times, once at 5am in the morning. It took the firefighters over 20 minutes to get to the building and the fire alarm was going on all that time. For over $1300 a month I'm not really convinced that this building is worth the price.
