I have never had a good experience using the Cleveland or Canton branch. They are never timely, they constantly try to reschedule mid appointment, and I've never had them competently complete a health issue. Veterans deserve better than this.

I came in the Hospital I was having a heart attack the day after Fathers Day everyone was really nice. I had two very nice nurses one was Josh on day shift and Caroline on second shift.then Tina released me in the morning.

Why do you suppose somebody would remove the property from the PRRC constantly when we enrolled in the program for recovery can somebody please explain this to me? I want to recognize Dr. Nadim El Chakhtoura, physician in Emergency Department for his outstanding service and compassion. This weekend was the second time he attended to my boyfriend and I was so impressed with the patience and ability to make us feel like we were his only concern. He patiently answered all questions and explained the issue with detail. Thank you Dr. El Chakhtoura for your excellent service.
