Nice day at Meadowbrook for an outing. Staff was great. Course looks good after some tree damage during the recent Dayton tornadoes.

Even if you feel like you are getting a good del for this venue PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT DO IT! BOT WORTH THE TIME AGGRAVATION AND INCONVENIENCE! Complete lack of professionalism, from not returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner, to discussing details of the planning and financial transactions of the party planners with the guests! Adrian was a complete nightmare to work with. The first day we came to see the venue...he was so accommodating. Every interaction with him after he got us to sign for the venue was like pulling teeth. Getting him to respond to emails about anything in a timely manner was a joke. He gave us conflicting information than other workers, and even conflicting information from what was on the printed documents that he provided us with. On the day of our event he was no where to be found! When it was 40 minutes before the food was supposed to be served and guests were already arriving there were bare tables where tables skirts and dressed tables should have been. We had to go find him! Overall we made our day successful because we could already see that he was not going to be reliable. But if we had relied on him we would have been screwed. He even took it upon himself to cut the amount of food that he provided for a 60 person party to 30 servings without notifying anyone. Totally unprofessional! Had he not hidden from the problems that were being called to his attention he could have had even more money than he ended up with. He tried to pressure us into spending under the guise of wanting us to have enough food for the guests, but had no idea how many guests were attending. As our night was concluding, one would think that he would have come and offered boxes to take the rest of the food that had been paid for, or that after taking a percentage in gratuity that someone could have walked through and checked on the trash or that the food at the bar had not completely run out...no he was sitting at the bar with a young lady. Glad he has his priorities straight. Maybe if you are having a big wedding he might put more effort into making your event special, but if he can not be trusted with small events I shudder to think of how he handles large events.
