8 sets of tees is awesome allowing course to be played from 2,423 yds all the way back to 6,684 yds. Let's anyone from a young child to an adult scratch golfer play golf the way it was meant to be played! Course is in great shape with a fun to play, yet challenging layout. Back 9 coming home is an awesome experience! Academy building is also VERY nice. Open the bay doors and hit live golf balls from the inside, air conditioned area while Trackman gives you all the data you could ever want about your golf swing. Fitting system with Callaway, Mizuno, and Titleist should you decide you want to get fit. Other bay houses an indoor simulator perfect for rainy days or a round of night golf.My kids take lessons there and they are the best junior program around. Teaching golf through games makes learning fun and my kids can't wait to get back. All in all, highly recommended!

Played there this weekend. We usually love playing Longleaf but this year, for whatever reason, the greens were not up to the speed. The grass is sparse. We play bermuda greens every week in the Alamance/Guilford county area and they've all come in nicely so we were expecting the same in the sandhills but were disappointed to find that they were not in great shape. I hope they do something about it because this is a fantastic course. Tee boxes and fairways were fine. Pace of play was good. We'll definitely give it another shot next time we're in the area.

Nice course, open, good condition. Pace of play is awful. 2:50 front nine and no ranger. Had 5 groups on a par 5 at one point

Mixed experience for our first time golfing here. The course was challenging but fun, and we were fans of their tee system. We werent fans of the carts, though. While I understand the need for making boundaries for the cart, I found myself on the front 9 having to push it because we missed the tunnel to the next hole and it automatically shut off. There were zero signs or any indicators telling us to take the tunnel. It then told us to put it in reverse on a narrow path and would not let us proceed forward at all, which led me to having to push the cart a good 15 feet which was absolutely infuriating. Upon completion of our round of golf that day, and while we were unloading all of our stuff at the car, the marshal came by to tell us in a very rude tone that we needed to return the carts because people were waiting. I understand carts are limited because of the social distancing requirement, but Im paying 22 dollars per person for my cart; dont rush me to put my stuff away in my car like everyone else. Overall, there are plenty of courses around here so Ill probably stay away and golf elsewhere.
