Short but well maintained course

What a day, came all the way from Sanford to play with my brother who lives in Raleigh and we had a blast. Staff/marshalls were as friendly as they come, and the course was just amazing no matter your handicap. Greens were great for just getting an Aeration recently, fast but true and challenging. Found myself 3 putting when I wasnt focused on it enough. Roughs are tough but fair, a lot of fluff so you can find yourself having a tough time getting out and the fairways arent huge but its not a problem getting it down there. The most challenging thing in my opinion besides the greens themselves is, a lot of holes have hazards just before the green so you have to debate between laying up or going for it all. Cost myself a few strokes having to drop upon hitting the hazard.Overall, no complaints from me, fairways were great, there were water stations on holes and one that you loop back to on #14 I believe so you dont ever find yourself really out of water. Like I said, 0 complains, great course, amazing staff we all had a good time.

Excellent greens, well maintained fairways and sand traps, healthy but not too long rough. Not a long course, but enough hazards to present a good challenge.
