Amazing Golf Course

The course is beautiful. Rick and crew are doing an amazing job.

First & last time. Drove 40 minutes only to be disappointed. I'm only giving 2 stars because staff was friendly & the greens were average. I should give one star but I'm trying to be somewhat fair & the staff was nice. I figured I'd try a Niagara course with my son. What a let down. I don't even know where to begin. I'd give the course a half star. Cart paths are shot. Fairways have tons of potholes & mud pits. barren patches & just awful terrain. It Was like they filmed the caddy shack sequel on a few of the holes as it looks like a gopher burrowed right up the side of many. Several even have caution taped off areas right in the fairway. I couldn't believe it. Litterally staked off areas with tape & overgrown heather. Terrible optics. Fairways had grass equal to playing from the rough. Properly hit fairway shots should be rewarded so as that you can see the ball...not go searching for the very top of it as it sits in high grass. I felt like I was being penalized even when I hit the middle of the fairways. Whoever sets the grass cutting schedule for the fairways should be let go immediately. Greens were in need of repair in several areas. Sand traps were not looked after properly.ballwashers dry. No water on the course.weeds are everywhere.....i mean everywhere. Hands down the worst maintained course I've ever seen. It's such a shotty course most ball marks I came upon seemed left because the previous player probably figured ' eh, why bother'. Going over the bridges if you look down & there was a lot of litter, debris & soda bottles in the water. The grounds crew should be fired. Landscaping maintenance should be on top of this. Geese are everywhere & the goose poop was out of control. Porta John was a mess. I understand this is a publuc course but come on guys? I won't return. Outside of friendly folks working there...it was awful. We bypassed the bar & resturant. At that point we'd seen enough & grabbed burger king on the way home instead. Stopped at 9 holes. Didn't even bother with all the holes. Waste of a day. If you are heading this way to golf, spend the extra few bucks on a different course. This was a waste of time & money. Changes needed immediately. Hands down the worst course I've played in decades. Whoever is managing this course & ok taking folks hard earned money with a clear conscience and this is the product should be ashamed. Shame on you. Grab everyone that works this course & take a walk through it slow, grab a notebook & start making repairs. Shame on you. What a rip off.

In good shape considering season just started. No beverages available at all, hot dog stand closed, no water jugs on course, no vending machines prob bc of Rona tho, so bring enough water. Looks and plays better than years past!

Play 2 holes and quit On the white 9 horrible

I'm not a member here but I called for a tee time and it was no issue getting in at all. Course is a little fast just because of the dry season. Other than that, staff is good, friendly and fast. Bar in the clubhouse has decent typical bar food, however only takes cash. All in all, I had a pretty good experience here!
