Theres no AC, and it gets unbearably hot and humid. Also they dont serve anything not even water. The vending machines are all out of service. Wouldnt go back until things change

Ive always enjoyed hitting balls at Chelsea but at this time to charge $45.00 for 55 minutes is unfair. To hit the amount of balls, 170, in that time period means you have little time to think and adjust. I think there should be a charge of $25.00 for 100 balls in that time period and $40.00 for 170 balls in 90 minutes. I know youre trying to make up for lost income during the period you were shut down, but youre taking it out on your valued customers.

Had a blast here for a recent team outing. Our assigned golf pro was really friendly and patient. The food was also very good. All in all a great facility and supporting staff.

I been here several times and have had a fine experience until this last time. I was told to go to a bay on the third floor, was removed from my hitting stall for a lesson and the stall I was moved to had someone arriving from downstairs to hit. When I asked them where I could go they said downstairs to wait for another bay to open. So I went from waiting for a stall, to getting one, to being moved to one that was already occupied, to another long wait. Poor customer service experience.

Could use a face lift, premium spot in the middle of Manhatten. Some sofas/drink service on the range would be great.
