They took my husband's clubs on trade a month and a half ago and haven't sent him his new clubs yet! He is missing the beginning of a short golf season and all they can say is "supply issues." They keep telling him 2 more weeks. Why sell something that can't be delivered? Better yet, who takes the trade-in before giving you the new product? They have been horrible to deal with. I do not recommend this company.

Great place! Went for a fitting and Adam who I called Alex the whole time really helped me find the best driver! The atmosphere was like being at the running of the bulls in Spain, but with no bulls and more adrenaline. Fresh fish if you ask for it.

Called ahead to see if the shop was open to buy a new set of irons. Got to the door and there was tape across the door. A man came to the door and rudely turned me away saying the shop was closed and if i wanted to be fitted I could call to set up an appointment. I will not be returning.

The Capital District needs another golf shop badly. This place is very hit or miss, most of the guys are a bunch of know it alls who are difficult to talk to and just want to sell you something and be done. Broke the shaft on my M5 (purchased 2 months prior) and they couldnt advocate on my behalf to get it warrantied by Taylormade. I called Taylormade myself and they warrantied right away. It was also obvious they didnt want to loan me a demo shaft to use for my upcoming golf trip. The employees there are really tough to talk in general and its tough to pick anyones brain about clubs or any golf topic. They dont seem willing to do anything to customize your clubs, they want to sell you whatever they have in stock. Will never buy a club there again or go to their unkept driving range. This is a second rate golf shop trying to act like a legit top notch (club fitting) golf store. Since they are the only shop in the area and golfers dont have much else to choose from, they will continue to get business, but will no longer have mine.
