I had a membership here and attempted to cancel during Coronavirus. They have a policy that you have to come in to cancel yet they were not open and I do not want to come in because of exposure to the virus. They have created an unsafe environment to cancel and have since charged me for not canceling when I sent them an email stating that I wanted to cancel because they didn't answer their phone either. Also they shut down midway through a month of membership and never provided a discount or that either.
