The course was Immaculate. I couldn't believe I was able to play on such a beautiful course this close to home. It blew my mind. I felt like I was playing the Masters except for a better-looking course because I was actually on it!!! Good job to the greenskeepers. A very good job!!

I have been playing golf for over fifty years. Have played most of the public and private course throughout New Hampshire. It is my opinion that Lochmere Country Club is the finest public golf course in New Hampshire. The course is always well manicured. It offers a vast array of challenges from rolling hills to undulating greens. Views from some of the holes are breathtaking. Pro Vic Stanfield is one of the nicest pros you will every encounter at a course. His knowledge of the game and his teaching abilities make Lochmere a place you will want to call 'your home course'.

Spent Saturday at Lochmere. The staff from Pro Vic to Johnny where amazing. My wife and Granddaughter told me they are the nicest people ever.Very professional and bent over backwards to make sure we had a great day.Play this course you will enjoy everything about it

Very well maintained course.......conditions are actually better than many big name courses. I liked the front nine better than the back nine as the back nine requires a little bit of course knowledge. This is a fun course to play with the only negative being that you really have to take a cart as on the back nine there can be a couple hundred yards between holes.

I have played all over the state in Profile Seniors, and Lochmere is about the nicest public course in the state. The greens are always great and the course is well designed and always well maintained. I frequently join with out of state visitors in the summer who are amazed at how nice the course is and how inexpensive it is compared to all courses in MA. A great course with a great pro. I have played here more than 100 times each of the last 4 years. It is absolutely one of the best courses in NH.

My wife and I started playing golf again after 25 years of kid duty. We played at a handful of local courses and decided that Lochmere was by far the best one. We liked it so much we became members this year. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The pro is fantastic!

He's played in the senior profiles and traveled around and with friends has played over the years all over the state and just brags about the course. He talks about Vic the pro and Randy the best greens keeper there is. The whole family has always treated my husband and I with our friends great.

I have been a member here now for 5 years and my experience here has been amazing. I've been playing golf since I was 5, and Lochmere is in better shape than any public track I have played in my life....Vic in the pro shop, Randy the Superintendant, and the Chaille family I've been nothing but courteous and accommodating every time I have played.... I have played over a thousand times in my life, and Lochmere CC is the best conditioned public course in the State, maybe beyond... Stop in this summer and you'll feel like your playing a private track, then have a cold beer and a bit to eat as the new chef will not disappoint......

My rating is for the course. Best layout and always in excellent shape. Despite what others say about their staff, I've never had a bad experience. I'm also not needy, I go for the course. My friends and I think it's the best around and we've played at Atkinson, beaver meadow, canterbury, pheasant ridge, pembroke pines, stonebridge...you name it, we've played it. By far the most dynamic layout and always in excellent shape. Honestly, I'm surprised at some of the bad reviews on here. I've never experienced any of that. See you soon Lochmere!
