They do wonderful things for kids and growing the game of golf the course has made a lot of improvements over the years.

Staff was rude and the course was unkept. We inquired about playing our group as a fivesome and were told we had to stay separated, which is understandable on courses that are well taken care of and with a high play rate. This course had neither. The man at the pro shop said that fivesomes were against the rules even for members, so we broke it up and played. Of course, by the 13th hole we were behind a group of slower players...lo and behold...it was a fivesome. So we called the clubhouse to see if they wouldnt mind if we played together as originally requested...the response was oh we know who that is, you guys have to stay separate though. If I lived here, I would certainly never go back to Oak Meadows even if it were free. Dont go if youre not a local. Worst golf experience Ive had in 20+ years on three continents.
