We spent about a month at the Lake of the Ozarks and decided to play a round at Deer Chase. We've played here in previous years and liked it enough to come back. As we checked in we started talking to Spencer the GM. He was very friendly and helpful-so much so that we got a month couple membership. We ended up playing at Deer Chase for the rest of our time there. The course has its own quirky rustic vibe which encourages a laid back, 'let's have fun and play golf' atmosphere. The holes are imaginative and look deceptively easy- wrong! Lots of water with small greens. Speaking of the greens- they were some of the best condition greens in the area. Play golf here, you won't regret it... Except for the amount of balls you lose!
