A family friendly health club with a wide variety of classes. Large facility with many fun exercise options including heated pool, racquetball, functional training room, ladies only room, cardio area, free weights and hammerstrength. Perfect for anybody who wants fitness in a friendly, welcoming, positive environment.

LOVE this place! It's like a mini YMCA better because the staff ate very personable and know who you are when you walk in the door. Open 24/7. Offer daycare hours so you don't have to schedule a babysitter to workout. Pool sauna and steam room all different types of classes. Sooooo much offered here!

The Energy Club is an excellent family oriented gym with a helpful friendly staff. The equipment is kept in great condition and they offer many exercise and training classes.

I like the family atmosphere of the gym, but they need to up their maintenance. Also... no one at the gym cleans equipment after they use it. It really grosses me out. Not the gyms fault to be exact, but they should discourage people from not cleaning after themselves. I would honestly suggest another gym if you dont have a need to take kids with you. I like the comfort of knowing if I need to bring my kid along, I can. Hes part of my membership and likes to work out with me on occasion.

They have everything. They have weight room with both dumbbells and all the other machines but they also have a female only weight room. They have a room full of aerobics machines like, ellipticals bikes. You name it, they have, such as rowing machines. Plus they also have a sauna, steam room, swimming pool and hot tub. You can't get much better than that.

This place is filthy. Locker rooms have rotten wood. The hot tub is dark and has pieces missing. They don't respond to messages from their own message website or their facebook messages.

Went by last week to talk to someone about signing up and instead of a welcome, I received a 15 minute tirade in the parking lot about how 'Obama was ruining their business.' Might want to keep that crap to yourself or at least wait until after you get to know someone before leading with your political opinions. All we asked was if the pool was open late. I needed exercise not a lecture. Only after carrying on for a while were we even invited inside. I said,'No, thank you' and left. I don't need anything that bad. Next time, you might want to start off by asking me my name and introducing yourself,asking about my fitness goals or maybe just a simple hello.

Went to this gym on a free week trial. The staff was very friendly, however the gym itself is in need of updating and repair. The monthly cost is much too expensive for the condition of the equipment and the condition of the building. It needs work.

VERY PERSONABLE! Over 32 classes are offered per week, new Ladies Only Workout area, Cardio equipment, free weights, childcare and more. Some of my favorites things about the club is that it is MORE THAN JUST A GYM!!! They offer a heated saltwater pool, Yoga, PiYo, Turbokick, ZUMBA, Spin class, Abmaster and more!
