Terrible golf course, DONT GO HERE!!!! Long prairie is kept up way better by a bunch of teenagers. The mowers here look like they have spaghetti noodles for blades. Long prairie is amazing go there.

Great Places Minnesota

Perfect stop for a round of golf as you head North to the Lake from the Twin Cities. We played in Sept on our way back from Brainerd. Due to Packers vs Vikings, we had the course to ourselves. Along the river the fairways are tree lined and tight. Do not let a short par 4 fool you. You need to place your shot on this course more than ripping it down the fairway. Greens were in outstanding shape. A couple of the regular groups were enjoying a round that day and said the course just keeps getting better each year.

This is a fairly decent course. They have some nice par 5's with a balance of par 3's. The overall condition of the courses are well kept. The club house is kind of small. Doesn't have a real 'pro shop' and seemed under construction when we were there (seemed disorganized). They had a lot golf carts available for our large group scramble. This isn't high end at all but not the worst I've ever seen.

Would be a decent course if they took care of it. The tee boxes and fairways have weeds and dead spots all over. Greens were nice. Better maintenance and this could be a 4 star course.

Nice course, great employees, great service and good food. Only place in the area to get lunch or dinner out on a patio overlooking the Mississippi River. Hidden gem!

Love this course. This a nice challenging golf course with a lot of mature oak trees.

Guess you get what you pay for. For a course of that age there really shouldn't be that much bald spots in the fairways. When we arrived it looked like it snowed, but that was just the sea of clover.
