Fairways were green and cut well.pace of play was nice..everything is dry we need rain

Green Oaks is a classic old course design that is very challenging from the blue tees and much more playable from the white. Because they don't have a huge maintenance budget, the course's condition varies based on how much rain the area gets and their mowing schedule. Greens tend to play slow and rough gets long but is not thick. Clubhouse is basic and while they don't serve any alcohol, they don't seem to care if you BYOB. It gets 4 stars from me based on what they're dealing with in terms of budget and the relative good shape it's normally in.

Really nice golf course! We paid 35 for 18 holes on a Sat morning and thats very a good price. I like the idea of not having people living along the course as well. On the other hand, its a long course and hope your long game is good.

This course is maintained with taxpayer money. Do you know what that means? It means this place is very well taken care of. You cant find a friendlier staff. If youre an amateur golf player you will find this course to be very challenging and entertaining. Its a hidden gem.
