A little dry by during this time of year it would be the same as anywhere else... great golf tho .. perfect for the price

This is not a premier traverse city golf course for the competitive. Its a middle of the road family type course with slower greens, wide open fairways, and not many mature trees.

Course was in great shape. Plenty of challenge for good golfers and ladies tees were very friendly for my wife. Lunch special was very good.

Played the Crown twice last week & my group was thrilled with the golf course & staff. Fairways & greens were fantastic! Second 9 plays a bit different than 1st nine. Local knowledge is a plus. Greens don't break as much as you think. My only 'complaint' was that the pin locations were not changed in the 2 times we played. Pub is awesome for post round lunch & cocktails!
