Very disappointed with my experience at Cattails. We were told that they were spacing out tee times due to Covid-19. They were booking them every 10 minutes. The pace was beyond slow, consistently waiting 5-10 minutes per shot and even longer on each tee box. Other golfers were hitting extra shots as opposed to using the drop zones, which slowed the pace even more. We consistently had 2-3 groups waiting to tee off especially on the back 9 and there was not a ranger out to keep the pace moving. Other courses we have played this year have been spacing out tee times by 20 minutes to adhere to social distancing and to prevent backup and slow play. We almost quit after 9 due to the slow play. Cant imagine the pace of play when theyre not spacing out the tee times. The course was not in good shape, the rough literally looked like unkept grass from someones backyard. The fairways and greens were fine. The courses holes tend to be on top of one another and players seem to consistently be driving carts into the path of players teeing off on other holes. There are even cart paths that run right in front of tee boxes of other holes. The worst part about the experience was the price. $47 for 18 and cart at this course is beyond ridiculous. If it was peak season, at a peak time, and the course was maintained I could understand the pricing. Courses that are better maintained even at this point in the season have been charging less. This was our first and last time playing this course. You couldnt pay me to play another round here. Warning to all..this course is beyond overpriced. Unless you like waiting around and being backed up 2-3 groups spend your money and more importantly your time elsewhere. I have also heard the same Ownership purchased Hilltop golf course in Plymouth, which had a terrible reputation before. Cant imagine any improvements will be made to that course either.

Always enjoy playing at a well manicured facility. I didn't play well, not the courses fault. Beautiful place. Miss the range finders in the carts.

Decent course but a bit overpriced for what you get. If I'm paying that much for weekend golf, I expect the rangers to be moving play along. First 9 took just over 3 hours and hadn't seen a ranger since hole 2. Multiple groups of 5 and 6 out slowing play and no one doing anything about it. Part of our group had to leave early because slow play was going to make them miss an event they had planned. Difficult to enjoy the course when you are sitting there watching a group of 5 goof around on the fairway and green in front of you
