In terms of the golf this place is absolutely five stars. The course is well maintained, great layout, so many picturesque moments in the round. It will challenge your golf game and your tee shots will demand some narrow landing areas on a few holes. My only complaint about this place is that you won't receive five star service for what you pay. This it was my very first time playing the course. It's private unless you're associated with a student or faculty from the University. It's very inexpensive for students to play the course, but for guests it can run upwards of $100 with a cart. No guidance or direction to load the bag, check your ticket and no starter. They let a single golfer go out between two foursomes and let a twosome play behind us. No cart girl on a Sunday with temps in the 80's. When we got to the turn, they were shutting down the bar and I had to beg to get some drinks. There must have been a tournament pending on Monday because our round was interrupted several times by players checking out greens and using their range finders to measure distances. I have zero problems with the course, but for what I paid I expected some customer service and got none. It might be worth taking a class at the University just to play this course. The practice facility and the course itself are unbelievable. You'll love the golf, but just don't expect any cool towels or guidance from a starter when you tee off.

Beautiful course, well maintained, the staff is pleasant and helpful. Great place to unwind and have a great day on the course, I would recommend staying for dinner and cocktails after.
