It was good. The greens need help. But I'm not pro. So it was good

The course is neglected. Greens are anything but green; rather they are 50 shades of brown. 20 dollars to walk for $9 holes seemed excessive. Layout is nice; however, lots of attention needed to this course back to where it once was. Sad to see it in its current state.

Nice layout. Challenging but fair. Course was extremely dry. Had a hard time getting tee in ground. Pull carts old but adequate.

Truly awful. The course is so unkempt and the course ranger is so unprofessional. All the fairways are torn to shreds and there are sticks and geese poop everywhere, youre much more likely to hit that than your ball. The course is littered with garbage and pace of play is terrible simply due to poor management by the course ranger. He spends more time following and intimidating people by staring at them golf super closely than doing anything else. Its inexpensive but still way overpriced for what you get. Absolute waste of money. Go anywhere else, seriously. Dont waste $25 on this. Go putt putting, itll be more fun.

Similar to what a guest shared previously, this is a great 9 hole course to zip around either on foot or via golf cart. The course is in need of goose cleanups on the greens, but Im sure this is indicative of some sort of avian pattern that ebbs a flows. I really like how this course challenges your short game. Great medium to short pitching opportunities. You can also let loose with your driver on a few holes. If you are solo, or even with a partner, you can definitely work on your short game by dropping more than one ball here or there. I think this would also be a fun course with a group of friendsbut what course isnt. I found everyone from the pro shop to the ranger to be friendly and enthusiastic. Major advice: if you book online, you can save a few dollars. $22-$25 for 9 holes and a cart, in Rochester, is a good deal. Peace and birdies.
