Disappointed with our round today. First time here, had no idea where I was going and no one helped. Very long round with no ranger trying to move things along. Course was just in 'ok's shape. Veer off the fairway the ground was like concrete. Wouldn't recommend and won't be playing here again.

We played Arthur Hills in the morning and then The Moor in the afternoon. The first 7 holes can make it feel like a muni track, but the remaining 11 are equal to what you experience on the Arthur Hills course. Course is good shape and greens are quick, not fast, but roll true. #18 is a great par 5 finishing hole giving you the option to carry a pond on your tee shot, and another on your approach to try for eagle...

Designed with numerous twists and turns, the front-nine of The Moor favours faders of the ball, with holes 1, 2, 7 and 9 showing their curves immediately off the tee. The back-nine opens with one of the most challenging par-4 holes at Boyne Highlands - a tight driving hole with three separate ponds situated on the left and right sides of the fairway, and another immediately in front of the green. The snaking par-5 18th is another testing hole, keeping the challenge alive with one last water hazard to clear.
