Amazing Golf Course

Great shape and beautiful course!

Great place for a round of golf, good food and a beverage. The lakes provide added attraction and a great place for the whole family. Close enough but still that 'up north rural feel'. We had a wonderful time here.

Course is in great shape, Cold beer at reasonable prices.

Amazing course, loved every second of golfing there last week. However, today I called to ask about a tee time. Bill was the employee who took my call. I asked if there was any available tee times after 2:00. Bill told me 1:44. I asked, your twilight rates start at 2 pm correct? And I was greeted with a harsh response of I already told you 1:44 is the only available time. A simple yes or no on my question about twilight rates wouldve sufficed. My father called back about a half hour later asking if there was any available times after 2:00, and he was told he would be able to golf 9 holes after 2 pm. Not sure why him and I were told different things. Regardless of if an event was happening today, the communication skills by Bill were lacking. Had we been told that there was a scheduled outing, or scheduled maintenance, or whatever the case, we wouldve had no issue whatsoever. The inability of your employees to communicate to customers is bad for business. Maybe next time try being friendly and not hostile. Customer service goes a long way, especially when you have such a nice course where everyone wants to golf.
