In my humble opinion, if you charge a premium price, the conditions should come close. I will give them 2 or 3 years to get the course back to being worth the money.

Played the East Course. The layout is long and challenging, but the tee boxes are overgrown and several greens were burned out. Weeds have consumed most of the rough, too.

Course is in poor shape. Fairways are fine, but greens are in really bad shape, and it has nothing to do with the redesign of the course. Greens are horribly maintained. Courses at Andrews AFB used to be so much better. Would have been embarrassing to host a friend there. Staff was very friendly, but that didn't make up for the shape of the course. Not worth the greens fees.
