Shows up at McKeen Plaza ( elderly apts )to deliver packages between 6 and 7 at night. They lock the doors at 4:30 here. FedEx is always here before 4:30. They understand and are considerate of seniors!

They refuse to deliver during business hours even though they stated in person that packages could be placed on a later truck. Avoid if possible.

Delivered my order to the wrong address and did not follow delivery instructions. The driver signed for the package which was needed for a person with medical needs.

I have hit a point where I loathe dealing with UPS. You get 0 window of when your package is expected to arrive. Basically the expectation is that you sit & wait at home. If you try to change the date of arrival or the location of delivery, they charge you. I have had the drivers list 'redelivery' on the cards they leave on your door, only to leave the boxes at the customer care center for you to pick & with no one notifying me that this has happened. (Consistently have found this out on the tracker available on the UPS website.) Have tried to call & request that packages be left at the ON-SITE leasing office of my apartment complex (because I work & cannot sit at home all day waiting for a package), only to have the customer service operator get fussy about it & tell me that I will have to be charged for it. Also mentioned (during this same exchange) that I was having trouble logging into the website, which is why I was calling, & was told that if I logged into the website, I could leave notes for the driver as to where to leave any of my packages.Have not had problems picking up my items from this building, when they end up there - if I happen have the time to get to the building. But either this UPS building or UPS as a whole has a lot of trouble rectifying situations that they seem to have created.
