Great place and people very helpful

I am totally dissatisfied with their service and honesty. I would give them a minus star if that was possible. I took my golf cart to them for an issue with the cart shutting off when driving up a small incline and not going in reverse. After two weeks they called and said I needed all new batteries to the tune of nearly $900.00. Even though my batteries were only 4 years old they said this was the problem with the cart shutting off. They replaced a control board and fuse to fix the reverse issue. Total price nearly $1300.00. I asked the service manager if the cart was test driven and he said yes they drove it up a hill and was fine. I got home and cart still shut off when driving. Ripped off and lied to about the batteries and test drive. Also during my test drive the battery charge light kept coming on and off. Put charger on overnight and charger never shut off. Called them to say cart still had original problem and conveyed this new issue. They picked up the cart and my charger and 2 days later was told I needed a motor speed control and said they charged with my charger and it was fine. Got cart home and shutting off problem was fine but battery light still coming on and off and charger will not shut off. Lied to again. I will never do business with this company again and would advise anyone to do the same.
