Horrible customer service. Have no problem charging you for your subscription, but disregard you when packages dont arrive

Honestly, I would not even give them 1 star, but I had no other choice. I placed an order on March 1 and still have not received my package. It's now April 26. However, I have been charged for the purchase. I have not be able to get any answers out of this company, despite my efforts to communicate with them. Very poor service! I will not do business with them in the future, and I advise you not to as well.

Horrible customer service! Took over a week to get a response to multiple website chat messages and emails. No response at all until I left a negative Facebook review-then a response within 1 minute!!!! If I could leave zero starts I would! Bottom line - dont expect any communication after they get your money. Furthermore, once I did get communication on Facebook then they wanted to explain how they provided exceptional customer service by responding at 10:35 pm (5 days and 5 messages from me going unanswered) only offering to help if I was on their website at that moment but then again continuing to ignore me until a negative Facebook post. They also said they wasted at least 1 and a half hours dealing with us - a paying customer! Would never recommend doing business with this company. And by the way - the boxes contained a lot of JUNK- would not say quality merchandise either.
