Good course but the rain has taken its toll

Needs a lot of work. Weeds everywhere, even on the greens. Fairways look like they're dying because the let them grow too long and the cut extra short. This course use to be beautiful before Great Life got ahold of it. Now it's as if they don't care about the course at all. They charge to much for this course. On the good side, the employees that work there are very nice and helpful.
