They want an awfully lot of money for a really under maintained facility that hasn't been cleaned in literal months. Broken gym equipment, broken saunas, this place is vacant. I took plenty of pictures and videos. I came back for a quick visit to see if any improvements have been made to the gym (as promised) and it has unbelievably gotten worse. A new sign. That's it. I'd rather go to planet fitness. Less free weights, but at least they care about their members and equipment is usually fixed within 24 hrs.

Moved out of state. Tried to cancel account and was fed a line that they cant cancel once it has started. No respect to customers lousy representatives and not able to call because voice mailbox has not been established. Lousy business.
