Course is in bad shape, greens is messed up fairways is bad especially after they cut their grass there's lumps of grass everywhere even on some off the greens, the least they could do is clear the grass of the fairways and greens that would improve the course a lot by just doing that. And the price is way to high for a course that is not maintained properly.
