Mostly good condition. Tee boxes need improvement

Great value course close to Downtown. Greens were in great condition. Most holes are tree lined so you have to hit it straight off the tee to score well.

Worse course I've played this year. Save your money. Other than cutting grass, there's been zero course maintenance.
