Hosted engagement ceremony on July 27, 2019 at this location for my niece. Most unpleasant experience. We host 3-4 events a year at different places, this was the worst. Poor customer service, Bar was promised for 4 hours, but half of the time the Bar tender was missing. We probably got app 3 hours of bar. Waiter staff was not doing their job. I had hired two helpers to manage the food ( they refused to provide such help, even for payment). My helpers were cleaning the tables, picking the plates. Mission Hills waiters were too lazy to clear the tables. AC was not working. The manger on duty told me that one of the vents blew up, but he can provide the fans. He provided two fans. Later he blamed the Groom side, saying that they left the door open.I complained to the lady, we initially dealt with, so she left in the middle of the party. I spoke to the manager in charge at a length about the issues. he kept on giving me different explanations and excuses.Overall, such a bad experience, very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had my engagement party here and what a horrible experience. The AC didn't work properly. My clothes were sticking to my body that's how bad it was. The staff wasn't around when needed them to be, And there was one bartender. Who tried to accommodate my guest but she needed help. I wouldn't recommend this place.

We could not have picked a better place for our son's wedding! Suzanne and her staff are wonderful. No detail was spared. The food was amazing! Thank you for as my son and daughter in law said making their 'Dream wedding come true!'
